ibook keeps saying cant install program and wont do any thing else... first choose language then alert cant in stall on this computer... wanted to reinstall me tiger disks but used me brothers and not mine ... not thinkin jus doin!! if i insert tiger 4 ibook it tells me the same ting ....whaaaaaaa

You didn't say what OS you're on........so I can't answer the question fully.
Sounds like you were trying to put OS X on an OS 9.x puter? Turn if off. Eject the disc.There's a little pinhole on the drawer....I hope -(I don't have an i-book). Start it again and just let it go......... after a while it is likely that it will just start up normally.
If you will repost what OS your I book is using, I can give you more ideas.

i think your mac might be brocken witch is a huge rarity
but this usally dosent happen as i use a ibook g4 and i have used emac os install disks
