I do nice stuff all the time, like opening doors for people in need, picking things up they've dropped, handing over money when people are short, giving up my seat to the elderly or women with kids and tons more stuff. I don't keep a score card, nor do I ever expect anything in return. Because I firmly believe that everything we do has a ripple effect, the good I do will be past on to other people.

Before I moved to Colorado My husband and I were at a store shopping. A man came in and said his friend was sleeping I looked out and saw his friend blue in the face. I told my husband to lay him on the ground and started CPR. He was about 70 years old, The paramedics came and I never found out if he made it or not. His pulse kept fading in and out, while I was performing CPR. I was glad to save a life.

hes hat flew away

i stoppped the car and got his hat, helped him sit up.
asked him where hes going
gave him a lift, made sure he was safe
