This is an offtopic forum where you can say basically whatever you want. You can cuss and say your mind. The mods cant do squat to you.
However, stupidity and ignorance is not very accepted. If youre a racist and say ignorant things or if you talk about killing someone, then people will wont take it lightly. Not because they dont want to give you freedom of speech, but because ignorance angers people and it breaks the other amendment to treat everyone equally.

Yes, you are free to post what you will but understand that there may be consequences. Just as some others have noted, saying you want to kill someone or declaring a racist view. You do have the right say them, but civilized society grants itself the right to respond in turn. This is the nature of free speech. "The day I tell another man he cannot speak his mind is the day I will lose the right to speak my own"
As for the Dictatorships or Government, sadly some can and have, although once the idea is out there they can't. An example would be a the Chinese Government which recently shut a site in regards to Democracy for China. The site was shut, but the ideas and strings had already reached cyberspace. Governments can close the door, but only after the horse has left the barn.

Yes, it does truly exist. *Governments and *Dictatorships do not and cannot block internet sites nor can they block you from posting negative comments towards them. You can say whatever you wish....On the internet. Now, of course you must follow some rules that still apply online but I feel those rules are quite reasonable.
