Simple answer - No.

A more complex answer. Elephants get nervous when they come upon something unexpected. For example, a mouse or a rat popping out of a hole and running around it's legs, can make an elephant very nervous since it really cannot see the rat, but can hear it and smell it move. And when an elephant is very nervous, it does things which to us may look like it's very scared.

Elephants have very poor eye-sight, but very powerful sense of hearing and smell. So, it may not see that mouse, but it can feel it's presence and that's what makes it so nervous.

So, you see - elephants are not scared of mice, but scared of sudden changes which they cannot comprehend.
