I know I read a long time ago that men's shirts should not have a crease down the center of the arm. My husband swears all men's shirts are and points to the machine many dry cleaners use. I say that's just the cheap way. He won't let me iron his shirts (darn!) because I always make sure there is no crease. What do other men and women who iron think?

All my dads and brothers shirts have a crease down the arm and the only reason for that is because it is alot more easier to iron it that way.

The crease gives the shirt a more clean and defined look. Take a look, the well groomed men sport creases in their shirts.

Also, it is a lot of work isnt't it to prevent the crease?

Work smarter, not harder.

Take care.

I think it looks cleaner and more streamline with the crease in a business shirt or polo. But I think it goes to far when some people put the creases in their t-shirts, come on you're suppose to be comfortable in a t-shirt, people.
