It was the typical brown spot. I guess I'm not sure. And why it will give cancer?

It wasn't a mole. It was the typical brown spot that you get from sun burn.

If it was a mole you do need to check with a dermatologist. I think I probably would anyway just to be sure. If the growth was cancerous, you could have deadly consequences. I had a cousin who had a mole removed that was cancerous and they didn't treat it (I don't know whose fault that was) but she died when she was 15 from melanoma. Better safe than sorry.

Go see a doctor,what kind of spot was it.Really It might be some ting serious.

Don;t worry .. at all .. unless it rejuvenate .. and appears again .. at same place then you will have to eradicate it by laser ..
