I walked to walmart and got my hubby a portable drill and asome cupcakes.oh yeah a belt too.Our car got stolen.

I have a Dad but he and I have an uneasy relationship. I wish it weren't so but that's the way it goes sometimes.
We e-mail a few times a year and, Yes, I try to involve him but he is a bit of a recluse and we live many kilometers away. I don't find that he cares alot about these types of commemorative days any way.
I am going to e-mail him this week but not today.
update: I had a change of heart and sent my dad a long e-mail.
I hope that's ok.

My dad passed away when I was 7...so until I had kids of my own, Father's Day has pretty much sucked. I think of my dad often even though it has been over 30 years now...and I'd like to wish him a Happy Father's Day wherever he is.

My Dad died 4 years ago, so I'm spending time with my Mom to make Father's Day a little less difficult on her.

Im visiting his grave today,he died 2 years ago .
I miss him ,but he is with my mother now .
I`m a Dad too ,but i am estranged from my Drug addict son .
I have no reason to celebrate.
