HI NEWLY MARRIED GUY ....CONGRATS......
BEING A FEMALE IT IS NOT EASY FOR ME TO PUT MYSELF IN YOUR SHOES BUT IN TERMS OF YOUR PROBLEMS THEY HAVE MEDICATIONS AND TOOLS AVAILABLE FROM YOUR DOCTOR DON'T BE AFRAID TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT YOUR SITUATION I'M MOSTLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE STATEMENT THAT YOU ARE PHYSICALLY WEAK DO YOU HAVE ANY KNOWN HEALT ISSUES ? HEART DISEASE, DIABETES, LUNG PROBLEMS? DO YOU SMOKE? DRINK HEAVILY ? DO YOU EXERCISE? DO EAT ENOUGH PROTEIN AND GET ENOUGH ZINC AND MAGNESIUM IN YOUR DIET THIS IS SOMETHING A LOT OF MEN NEED BUT DON'T KNOW IT. THERE ARE MANY THINGS YOU CAN DO TO GET YOUR BODY BUILT UP JUST DON'T BE AFRAID TO MAKE SURE YOU COVER ALL THE BASES WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING CARE OF YOUR HEALTH SO YOU BE AROUND TO BE "BIG DADDY" TO YOUR WOMAN....BEST WISHES TO YOU AND YOUR WOMAN

One thing you can try that works for anyone is to periodically rest. Take a few thrusts and pause, a few more and pause...this is a technique that I have used to keep on going for a very long time. You can take as many thrusts as you can before you begin to feel an orgasm coming on, then stop and wait for it to pass, and then start up again. I can do this almost indefinitely, the problem is after a while you get to the point where you desperately want to lose it, so when that happens I just keep thrusting and don't stop, and in a short time I lose control completely. It feels good that way, being able to maintain the thrusting for as long as you want. If you have an orgasm too soon you miss out on all the wonderful feeling leading up to it.

First of all, congratulations. I take it you find your wife very desirable. It's common for a man to get so excited that he often has a premature ejaculation. Go to your doctor and have a complete physical examination to see if there might be something organically wrong with you. If not, then explain the problem to him. He might refer you to a sexual therapist, who will give you exercises that you can practice with your wife to prolong your orgasm. Just remember, take it slow.

You can buy condoms with a small amount of anaesthetic in it which will help you to have sex longer before you ejaculate. Also, there are some drugs available from your doctor so go and see him.
