The wheel is already pulled, and the column removed. I am trying to remove the upper cover, where the signal is located.

You generally have to access all that by removing the steering wheel with steering wheel puller and get inside the steering column that way. Beware there are alot of small pieces in there. If they are not all back and put in right, etc. the self cancelling thing won't work.

you have either bolts that are hidden or screws. you have to find them if that is not it theres plug you have to diconnect and then it should come right out for you
