In the NBA for the 1964-65 season it was the Boston Celtics, beating the LA Lakers 4-1. The 1965-66 season it was again the Celtics once again beating the Lakers 4-3.

NCAA Men's Division Basketball it was UCLA beating Michigan 91-80.
