The father remarried..his newly wed lives in the same country but the father left the jusridiction..the mother got interium custody. Mother is taking care of the boy ..sends the boy whenever the father is around the country.the father wants sole custody says his son has a very close relation with his newly wed .Wants to go to the court.Do you think he will get?

if the mother is financially stable with a stable job and have been a good mother to the boy the court will definitely give custody to the mother with visitation rights for the father probably as he hasn't been that good a father from what you said.

The family court system favors the mother. Unless she is "unfit" the father most likely will only be given joint custody.
