The lady is a blind tightrope walker. When the music plays, she walks the rope, one foot directly in front of the other. When the music stops, she knows this is her cue to step to the front/side onto the platform.
The conductor made a mistake, and stopped the music a moment too soon. She stepped off of the rope and fell to her death.
I got the right answer to this one after an entire afternoon of wracking my brain!

the lady was a "dumb blonde" and she had on a headset with music playing and a voice kept reminding her to "breathe in.... breathe out...." every few seconds. She took off her headset and died.

well then.... the lady was listening to the radio and the radio was on her bathtub.. the the radio fell in the tub while taking a bath.. then she got "charged" by the electricity... then she died as simple as that
