I presume you are Indian. PUC-science is what you have to do, with Physics Chemistry Maths and Biology.
Probably, you will have to appear for a CET exam in your state, at that time, make sure to include medicine in your appl. form.
Study and do well in your SSC, 1st and 2nd PUC, as well as the entrance exams. Note in case of a tie, your previous academic record may be looked at. Another factor that is now being considered as a tie breaker is age, the older person gets the better rank.

Opt for Science for your 12th, with Biology. And then go for MBBS, for which you may have to appear for a medical entrance exam...

Take the science stream. your essentials wud be Biology, Physics & Chemistry... Maths, is not necessary..though it wud help u out.
