I'm going to second the recommendation from Angelia above for Estes Park, CO. I was also married there, at Romantic Riversong, and it can't be beat for atmosphere and natural beauty surrounding you!
I would also recommend going on a cruise. We went on our first cruise last year and just loved it. Very romantic and exciting. Do everything or nothing at all - it's up to you! The Caribbean is very beautiful.
Hope you and hubby have a GREAT time!

If it's a convenient location, Flagler Beach Florida, about 30 minutes north or Daytona. It's a very quiet, very small oceanside community with some nice honeymoon suites and B&Bs. (My favorites are the Topaz and the White Orchid). Porpoise sightings are frequent and whale sightings are not unknown. Breakfast at the Pier is super.
St Augustine, MarineLandDaytona, and Tomoka (for canoe trips) are nearby.

Topaz has a jacuzzi room that includes HUGE private ocean view deck with private entrance, curtained 4-poster, even antique costumes to play dress-up: ttp://www.flaglercounty.com/topaz/index.html
White Orchid has services like massage: http://www.whiteorchidinn.com/

I got married in Estes Park, Colorado when I lived west of there. I think it was the most beautiful place I've ever been in the states, and I've been a lot of places. :) Check out the "Romantic Riversong." www.romanticriversong.com Also, you may try Northern Arizona if you don't like so much seclusion.

Hawaii is very nice and definitely romantic and fun. If you (or your husband) is in the military, you should be able to stay reasonably at some of the military hotels or a base there to make it more affordable.
