I was so excited when he was first elected and thought he was God's man to lead our country back and then..........it seems he has been a dud. Am I right or am I being fooled by the liberal media?

The media in general is VERY liberal. People in general don't like those who tell it like it is, either. So with those things in mind, this is more than likely why you're feelin the way you do.

And as far as President Bush sending soldiers to war to be killed is concerned, I have this to say: It is those same soldiers of years past that have shed their blood and sacrificed their lives so you can sit here online and live in a country where freedom of speech is practiced without punishment!

At least President Bush served his country (as did Bush, Sr.) and wasn't a draft dodger like Clinton. So think about your privileges of being in this country the next time you bash anyone for any reason.

Don't get me started on that topic. I will NOT be nice!

I think many people thought G.W. was going to lead a great conservative revolution much like Ronald Reagan in the 80's. Although he has proven himself to be very tough on terrorism he is a definitely liberal on spending and some social issues. I definitely think that Bush has earned much of his criticism, but the utter disregard of any respect for the office of president by the media and many people makes me sick. I personally could not stand Bill Clinton, but I always respected the fact that he was president.

Oh, he's the 'real deal", alright. He was elected as a result of tainted campaign contributions and fraudulent votes. In what is an illegal and unconstitutional war, Bush has invaded another sovereign nation that HAS NOT declared war on America, that had NO weapons of mass destruction, and that WAS NOT in any way involved in the September 11 disaster in 2001. He lied about his military service, and his father made accommodations so George, Jr. could "serve" without ever being in harm's way.
Bush presides over an administration staffed with people who lust after power and status, and whose avarice is nothing short of shameful. The Republican-dominated U.S. Congress is by far the most corrupt, evil body of lawmakers in the history of this great country. Bush and Cheney cuddle up to big oil and big business interests, are far too cozy with special interest groups and lobbyists, and force legislation favorable to the rich and powerful elitists in this country, without any regard for the poor, the sick, the disabled or the underprivileged in this nation. Bush is a cowboy capitalist who, even with his Ivy League education, is as dumb as a box of rocks. He and most of his administration should be tried for treason, and - if found guilty - face a firing squad. Because of his misguided war games, America is now trillions of dollars in debt, which won't be paid off for generations to come. Your grandchildren and great-grandchildren will suffer unimagineable reductions in their qualities of life because of the horrendous actions of George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and their calloused, GOP-led U.S. Congress. These people are thieves, liars, criminals, deceivers, common prostitutes war-mongers, gamblers (with our money), and incompetents. Surely, Satan will reserve a special, oil-saturated corner of Hell for all of them, where they can spend retirement in eternal damnation, along with all the conservative talk-show bigots, Fox News talking heads, and every other person who has sucked off the government's teats during this abysmal reign of arrogance and abuse against American taxpayers. Yes, Bush is the "real deal".

The sad part is that there is no bright star on the horizon, either Republican or Democrat, who will step up and actually pledge to be America's public servant. Ross Perot, where are you when we need you so desperately? Keep an eye on a new blog - Bushwacker! - at www.blogger.com for more of this kind of frothy rage about Bush, Cheney and Company. They are truly evil people (in fact, if you look underneath their receding hairlines, you'll probably find "666" tatooed onto their thick skulls). George Bush should be impeached, it's that simple.

The deal Karl Rowe made with the religious leaders was, if they could walk the believers into the voting booths, Bush would reroute a goodly portion of government spending into church coffers. Offhand I'd say you got what you voted for. If however you feel you sold your soul for a few pieces of silver I suggest you either change your church leaders and/or don't vote in Karl Rowe's next hand picked candidate.

Your government, on the basis of outrageous lies, is waging a murderous and utterly illegitimate war in Iraq, with other countries in their sights.

Your government is openly torturing people, and justifying it.

Your government puts people in jail on the merest suspicion, refusing them lawyers, and either holding them indefinitely or deporting them in the dead of night.

Your government is moving each day closer to a theocracy, where a narrow and hateful brand of Christian fundamentalism will rule.

Your government suppresses the science that doesn't fit its religious, political and economic agenda, forcing present and future generations to pay a terrible price.

Your government is moving to deny women here, and all over the world, the right to birth control and abortion.

Your government enforces a culture of greed, bigotry, intolerance and ignorance.

People look at all this and think of Hitler — and they are right to do so. The Bush regime is setting out to radically remake society very quickly, in a fascist way, and for generations to come. We must act now; the future is in the balance.

Millions and millions are deeply disturbed and outraged by this. They recognize the need for a vehicle to express this outrage, yet they cannot find it; politics as usual cannot meet the enormity of the challenge, and people sense this.

There is not going to be some magical "pendulum swing." People who steal elections and believe they're on a "mission from God" will not go without a fight.

There is not going to be some savior from the Democratic Party. This whole idea of putting our hopes and energies into "leaders" who tell us to seek common ground with fascists and religious fanatics is proving every day to be a disaster, and actually serves to demobilize people.

But silence and paralysis are NOT acceptable. That which you will not resist and mobilize to stop, you will learn — or be forced — to accept. There is no escaping it: the whole disastrous course of this Bush regime must be STOPPED. And we must take the responsibility to do it.

And there is a way. We are talking about something on a scale that can really make a huge change in this country and in the world. We need more than fighting Bush's outrages one at a time, constantly losing ground to the whole onslaught. We must, and can, aim to create a political situation where the Bush regime's program is repudiated, where Bush himself is driven from office, and where the whole direction he has been taking society is reversed. We, in our millions, must and can take responsibility to change the course of history.

Acting in this way, we join with and give support and heart to people all over the globe who so urgently need and want this regime to be stopped.

This will not be easy. If we speak the truth, they will try to silence us. If we act, they will try to stop us. But we speak for the majority, here and around the world, and as we get this going we are going to reach out to the people who have been so badly fooled by Bush and we are NOT going to stop.

The point is this: history is full of examples where people who had right on their side fought against tremendous odds and were victorious. And it is also full of examples of people passively hoping to wait it out, only to get swallowed up by a horror beyond what they ever imagined. The future is unwritten. WHICH ONE WE GET IS UP TO US.

The World Can't Wait! Drive Out the Bush Regime!

LOL, considering that fans of conservative press have been shown time and time again to know less truth about the current situtation than purveyors of mainstream and/or liberal media, your question strikes me as funny.

Fans of FOX believe more than fans of NPR that WMD's were found in Iraq. So which press fools us?

Want to know more about him?

Goto www.whitehouse.gov . See what he does on a day to day basis.

Write him a letter or an email. Ask him to tell you more. Ask a staffer or shoot the VP an email. He knows our president fairly well.

Don't take the media too much to heart.

Ask questions and use that right to free speech.

I think he is a prick. But the other guy who acuses him of killing 2500 innocent soldiers. Call me cynical but going into a warzone heavily armed with the intentiona of killing people for money doesn't sound like innocent to me.
