Yes its a scam. Few days back we got mail from Australia and UK telling that we won a lotto which we didn't buy.both of them came at the same time. one said we won that we won $200,000
to claim it they wanted us to send an amount of 700 euros. The other said that we won 250,000 pounds to claim it they wanted us to send 400 pounds.don't send money to them any thing asking for money is a scam." If you are from a middle class family, go get the lottery then you will be a home less family."

Yes, massive scam, l get those everyday. Reply to them and pretend you think its real, wind them up, l have for ages and they really think l'm going to hand over £2200 just to courier the fake certificate (if anything turns up)!. Unfortunately after all these years people still get sucked into these scams, including the one from banks asking your account and personal information to update your info. And the one where someones died and there's billions of pounds in the will and they need your help by putting the money in your bank account then you get a cut. Load of rubbish, ignore and delete them, or reply and act stupid, waste their time as much as they waste your time having to get rid of the junk!.

If you are in the United States, then you cannot, by law, enter a foreign lottery. If you did not enter this lotto, how would you have won? Sounds like a scam to me!
