Do i have any chance to get there with bad marks? Would one year of studying here in Czech Republic help me to get there?

If you contact the Medical Admissions office at Nottingham University, they will be able to tell you.

You would need at least to have taken Maturitni Zkouška / Maturita qualifications, but as to the grades, I do not know. I'm sure you would need to have studied Chemistry and Biology, and I'm pretty sure you will need to take the (UKCAT) UK Clinical Aptitude Test on top of whatever other qualificaitons you need.
