If I were TO BE stRanded on an Island, then the three things I would take would be:
Food, a King James version of the Bible and a hard back edition (for long wearing in sorry conditions) of Jules Verne's "Mysterious Island", which contains tons of useful ideas on dealing with the predicament I now find myself in.....stranded on an island.

I were "standed" on an island, I would bring something to lean on for sure if I couldn't sit down!
