Time is commonly referred to as the fourth dimension. However, this is not completely true; the actual fourth dimension is a dimension orthogonal (perpendicular) to the other dimensions. It is thought of as time because this is a much simpler way to think about it. As you hinted, there is also a fifth dimension. This is an even more complicated issue because no one can agree upon exactly what it is. It is commonly speculated that this fifth dimension is either the movement of the graviton or the spacetime fabric. This dimension is as of now only hypothetical. Along with this idea there are actually more than 5 dimensions; there are actually an unknown number because this is far beyond modern physics. For much more information on the 4th and 5th dimension try the link below.

The universe that we live in has only three spatial dimensions. We are limited to length, width, and height, and we can only travel along three perpendicular paths. This page attempts to explain the properties of a hypothetical universe with a spatial fourth dimension. While people generally call time the 4th dimension in the universe we live in, time will be the 5th dimension in my hypothetical universe.
Many fascinating possibilities exist when a spatial fourth dimension is present. Several types of wheels are possible, very complex machines can be built, and many more shapes are possible. Objects can pass by each other more easily, but they are harder to break into multiple pieces. Energy reduces much faster with distance than in the 3rd dimension, so both light and sound are weaker. Much more things can be compacted into a small space, but its much easier to get lost. In this page, I will explore these and many other interesting properties of the fourth dimension.

the fourth dimension is time, most of the scientists say that the whole universe is made up of ony these four dimension but i wanaa tell u a funny thing that some people think that there r more than 10 dimensions in this whole universe!,till now we only know about 4,but a new dimension might be awaiting us. like we know about the fourth state of matter-plasma,we might someday also know the 5th dimension!

At the time of the big bang scientists believe (depending on which theory they are using) that there were either 10 or 11 dimensions. All but four (height, width, depth and time) are sub-atomic and cannot be discerned by us..

1d is matter make-up, 0d is nothing but nothing is something or it would exist, 2d is 1d shapes and 3d is the make up of an object like me and you.
4d is time and as because time is a dimension we would of been here now if it wasn't for that if time was a flow it wouldn't of been made because we require time for lower dimensional development (0d to 3d).
Then we can warp as we are travelling through and back through time now.
A mis-formed non-tunneled worm hole funnel is a black hole and exotic, sterile matter is required to support 3 dimensional objects through the 5d dimension that all 4d dimensions warp to.
Then if I write this in formula it would work out the same.

The fourth dimensin is when someone is trapped in a place where they will not get out forever, its just like hypercube,no matter you go you will ended up in the same place
