I Mean .. crying for Nights .. Breaking my heart again .. Passing through the stupid situations again .. Well . maybe the best thing if i can remember i wont do the same Mistakes Over And Over .. !

Just because we're born into new situations with new names each lifetime doesn't mean we are not ourself. Many, many people are aware of previous lifetimes. Those memories exist because they are who they are irregardless of name. The best part of it all is that we can help ourselves progress. The lessons we learn well should not need to be repeated. So in a sense we can look at the progression of lives like going through school. The worst thing then, I suppose, is that we're faced with the same lessons over and over until we master them. One funny story I heard concerns a married couple. They discovered they've been married to one another numerous lifetimes. They're both ready for a change next life but are trying to figure out what their lesson might be so they can move on. Bad? Good? I think it depends on your viewpoint.

If i reborn and have any ideas about my good and bad experiences ,i will never do mistakes that i have done in my life,i won't waste time,i will comprehend the opportunities which are in my hand ,and i search for a way that would help human to approach fortunity and self satisfication

The best thing would be.. (If i remembered), I'd learn where I messed up a few times in my life and not choose the choices I made then.
The worst thing would be (forgetting) making the same mistakes I made.

The fact that you have retained the self. Loss of the self is the worst fear in the universe, yet strangely enough, we spend a spectacular portion of our lives denying ourselves what we are, all to look great in designer clothes...

Hell nooooooooooo I don't want to reborn in Iran again ...
that way I have to spend half of my life trying to get the u.s citizenship .... again.
