Through FIFA, the legal way or you can buy them from a tout at a game, but you will pay a lot more. England V T&T tickets were going for 600 euro. I have a world cup final ticket I will sell you for 2500 euro.

The sponsors Mastercard, McDonalds, Coca Cola, Hyundai, Yahoo etc get 16% of all tickets. If you want to protest boycott these companies and their products.

there is no best way unfortunatly.
theres been a lot of controversy of how tickets have been sold and distributed...so if you can get hold of the ones you want id advise you to sleep with them, shower with them, do every thing with them..........

black market.I got mine for the t&t game cost me 900 euros for a ticket that shouuld have cost 150.
