aches and pains during prgnancy in strange places are normal as you body is now carrying weight in places that it is not used to so it is adjusting to the diff so you should relax as much as possible while the ache settles

Oh yeah. The weight of the baby is putting pressure on your spine which leads to your neck. You will probably get backaches also the further alone you get. It sucks but it is worth it in the end !!

The body compensates for all the changes with the pregnancy; try lumbar support to adjust posture when sitting, move more often to avoid stiffness

Pregnancy puts stress on your back muscles and discs. Do some stretching exercises and lie on the floor on your back. Some people suggest chiropractors. It may work for you, but I don't personally like them.
