If your in the active section of the pill, is it normal to sometimes bleed?

Going into the fifth month on new pill Yasmin, was going to skip for second time, but i got my periods, is this normal? why did this happen?

Every pill has a certain amount of hormone. It is not uncommon to occasionally have "break through bleeding." If you are taking your pill at the save time each day and not skipping I wouldn't get concerned. If this continues call your doctor who prescribed the pill and see what they might want to do. There are many kinds of BCP's out there so you might need to change to a different brand.
