Sorry... in my opinion you could lose that chin hair... and yes, the avatar is a bit evil-looking.

Sorry man. Based on your avatar pic, I'd suggest you give yourself a little sun tan, and like she said, lose the haair on your chin. Grow the hair on your head, and dye it like a dark brown color, or lighter. Then give yourself some botox. Get rid of the glasses cuz you look like a f.ag. And when you are done, try on a sweatsuit. :P You'd look soo much better :P.
