u need a few things first .....
1. pair of stockings
2. any kind of threatening weapon ( preferrably a gun )
3. a fool proof getaway plan / route
4. a good plastic surgeon to change ur identity

Actually, there is no problem to find someone who borrows you that money in Europe. But you should begin by saying what do need it for. If it's for a good cause, I think you won't have any problem to find it.

If you can afford to pay it back in one year then why do you need to borrow it??

Now who is stupid enough to believe you. Please search the internet regarding scammers. Search for the "Nigerian Scam" --as to most scams come from this country so almost every scam whether it came from Sri Lanka/Europe or what is still under this category.
