i think in a way you have answered your own question,a union is when two or more with the same ideas unite to form unity, but this only excist for as long as they share the same ideas or beliefs or goals, this is very apparent today in the number of devorceses, they are no longer able too stay in the unity, because they often can no longer agree, its the same with the workers unions they come togeather in unity to form a force to try to inforce there will upon the bosses, the united nations is no different, people with common goals or ideas come togeather in unity to try force,or get otheres to conform to there ideas,so can only stay united as long as they all agree

Unity is to be united. How we get united in the most healthy and positve way as the unity of theives and terrorists is not wanted! You can unite by holding the rope of Allah (The God) i.e. Quran. This will directly connect you to the God All Mighty and will connect with other good people on earth. ANd when you are connected with the God, you can not be ruled and dictated by anyone.
