i use winamp as my mp3 player.now i just cant work it.everytime i open it,there is a message:"winamp.exe has caused an error...it will b closed"now whats the PROB with my system??plz reply

that is a typical windows error, you see, microsoft doesent like program's that ajust screen depth(number of colours), so it quit's the program. I reccomend that you upgrad to a mac.

I know you don't want to hear this, but I'm afraid you'll need to start from scratch. It's not really so bad. Follow the directions, which i assume you've saved. (If not, I can direct you to website where they'll "walk you thru." You're going to need to 'uninstall' (take the program OUT of you're computer, and then 'reinstall" just as you did, initially. I, too, would recommend upgrading, if you have the financial resoureces, bot since you've made the investment in this system, already, why not save some$$, and take a few moments to make it work, for you? I wish you luck. You'll do fine. You've already successfully installed it, once, right?

Why even go into the why? There might be a virus or the file may have gotten corrupt or some necessary files may have been deleted by mistake. Anyways, try re-installing the player. If that doesnt work, you will need to call in a software engineer.
