Yes, but the only way you're going to see noticable results would be to have surgery. What they do is go in and cut the tendon connected to your penis and put a weight on the end of it to stretch it out. Then, they peel the skin off of the penis and sew in cadaver (from a dead person) tissue about the size of a pop tart and then sew you up. When all is said and done, you'd have maybe an extra inch in length and maybe around an inch or so in circumference.
But is it worth it? Hell no.

Research shows there is no way to actually enlarge the penis. You would be better off to accept whatever you have and learn how to please a woman completely. If a woman is completely and totally satisfied , size is not an issue. Remember, a two inch tongue is just as effective as a six inch penis if used properly.
