First of all, you don't "build" a computer using software.
But, I use RegCleanr to cleanup my registry, and startup menu's etc. I don't like msconfig.

FL Studio, Traktor DJ Studio (Music/Beat Production, Mixing)
uTorrent, LimeWire (Pirate Software, File Share)
Winamp, VLC Media Player (Play music, play movies)
Daemon Tools (Mount ISO's and create virtual drives...)
ReGet, WinHTTrack (Download websites, and files from websites)
mIRC, AIM (IRC client, AOL Instant Message)
Firefox, Opera (Web Browsers)
ResHacker (Edit resources)
Notepad, Wordpad (Documents, HTML)
MS Visual C++ (Programming)

Monitor- AOC because all the computer shop that i see, they are using AOC monitors
Video Card- NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 high memory for extreme gaming experience
Motherboard- ASUS P5B it can save alot of energy , quiet and., with 4 memory slots

This tutorial is beyond the scope of Yahoo Answers. You have included multiple questions within your question which would require hours to answer. 10 points is in no way sufficient for a true answer. Perhaps if you break it down in to simple parts, worth 2 or 3 thousand points in all, it would be worth it.
