Click on BCC, send it as BCC.. an in the To: just put anytihng email that will be shown
Example
to: me@yahoo.com
BCC: all the email you want to be hidden

When you send a message ... there is a field called BCC ... put the emails that you want to send to in there .. and the email addresses won't be shown

When emailing put the addresses in the BCC box. This is Blind Carbon Copy and no address will be shown.
