Is Sav-on Drug Stores going out of business and being taken over by cvs?

CVS bought about 700 Sav-Ons from Albertson's, but not all of them, so Sav-On is not entirely going out of business, just some of them are changing over to CVS.

I dont think so, I live in Southen California and there are no CVS's down here to my knowledge, but I see a ton of Sav-On's
