on the outside the frame and the keys of course. in the inside, there are two transparent thin plastic sheets facing each other which acts as a circuit. there are some small round rubber made things which looks likes a tini cap, (look at the pop's headgear for visual idea) under every key in the keyboard. Those things acts as connetor between the key and the sheet mentioned above and fore those, the key bounces back when pressed.
There is also a small circuit which connects to the sheet and to the wire of the keyboard which ultimately connects to the keyboard port.

um, the frame/case and the keys? oh and the cable. uness it's wireless. then it has the transmitter instead of the cable. and if you have a really fancy one, lights and dials
