Yes and no. Depends on the purpose of the meeting?

in a meeting, you can reject ideas if you have a better workable idea.... it's not good if you keep on rejecting ideas without proposing workable ones.... your boss will also see you as a negative person or even someone who's stubborn to accept ideas.... you need to be proactive and give solutions instead of creating problems.

if you don't reject idiotic, or nonsensical ideas and you go with the flow, to your detriment, then your a freaking idiot. never be afraid to reject an idea. just don't be a butt about it, and listen to all the ideas before you start tossing them. -and give your reasons as to why your rejecting them, otherwise, you'll gain nothing but dislike.

If it's more of a brainstorming session, I think it's best to let an idea live for a while to see what becomes of it.

If it's a proposal you disagree with, it's OK to express that disagreement.

Sure it is. As a matter of fact, your colleagues will respect you more if you show them that you are not just another yes man. Hope that helps.
