Shopping online. Local relaters usually don't target the niche markets like specialty sizing; online however there is more of a market thus less of a financial risk.
Tankini's are also probably a safe bet.
Some of the following sites have swim-wear suitable or made for people with a full bust and slender figure:
http://www.figleaves.com/us/home.asp Selection of 16 suits for those who are 32DDD
http://www.eddiebauer.com - for D-DD cups.
Best of luck!

I suggest making your own suit. All you need is a bra, and a cami and matching panty. I suggest using a jockey "no panty line promise" cami and matching panty in a black, red, or other dark colour. These are made of modal, a very smooth, stretchy fabric. Just position the bra so that it is covered by the camisole, and tack it down with a large basting stitch. Try it on to make sure it looks right, and is even. When you have it he way you want it, sew the bra inside the cami. I use strapless bra's y Lilyette in mine, but if your bra has straps, you can cut them and rely on the cami straps for support, or you can hide the straps with embellishments later. You can also embroider or bead these to make them very unique. fabric paint, or fringe trim work great too.

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/gde5v
Either of those should work just fine. You could try victoria's secret or land's end as they both have suits with built in bras

Online, but avoid any suit that doesn't state a cup size. If they just have those shelf bras in them, they almost never work.
