My friend Heather has taken her boyfriend back twice now for cheating....She keeps forgiving him and its getting really annoying because she spends all her time now being paranoid and worrying about being alone..its almost like she would rather be in a bad relationship then feel like she was alone...Why would anyone forgive someone for cheating?

ive done it OVER and OVER again...its outta stupidity. a person thinks someone will change. especially, if they want that person to change. but u know what they say...once a cheater, always a cheater. ive learned that the hard way.

Your friend Heather needs to be pointed in the right direction. And you're just the friend to do it. Every woman's fear is being "alone," they kinda neglect what they actually need/seek if they feel the only way is a bad way or being in bad situations like so. Maybe introduce her to some guys that can show her the way a woman needs to be treated. At times women need guidance and they really seek guidance in their close friends. All Heather needs is a man who will treat her with the respect she deserves and that guy would be history!

Cheating is one act of stupidity. Some people do it and think God iam an idiot and never do it again others well they just keep being stupid. Ive taken someone back from cheating and he hasnt cheated on me since we have been dating for the last 11 months, but we have been best friends for lik 9 years, he has had some really hard pshycological problems in the past but ive helped him thru it and he only held a girls hand and kissed her on the cheek it. i didnt make it easy for him to come back to me it took him a long time to earn my trust and for me to let him back into my life. some may say ive made a dumb mistake, sometimes i do get scared, and worried, but i try not to let the past take over, plus if i didnt take chances and risks what is life worth???

Cuz she's afraid to lose him, u should introduce her to some nice and sweet guys that DOESN'T cheat, cuz no girl is worth cheating over unless they cheated on u first lol, anyways, i took someone back for cheating it didn't work out will, couldn't stand it so broke it off in few days. The feeling still stings inside our heart but when we took someone back it mostly means either we love them a lot, or we're afraid of ending up alone not finding the right guy.

She might have a fear of being alone. If she keeps taking him back then there's obviously something wrong that she needs to work out.

I know how you feel... but you should already know she loves him by now and she just doesn't want to believe that he's cheating on her.. Talk to her and tell her that you know for a fact that she deserves someone better than him... Just talk from your heart...
