you sleep way to much, 2-3 hours is the norm for college aged guys in the summer, save your sleep time for work and school, party hard before you get married and life as you know it is over

Most adults need 6-9 hours of sleep each night. So long as you feel well rested when you wake up in the morning, you are fine getting 6 hours of sleep. I am 22 and I usually get 8 hours of sleep.
