Singapore -: Pros: Safe, Many variety of foods, many different races, small and easily accessible. Cons: No 4 season, HOT, high standard of living.

Well unless you're Chinese or you can speak fluent Mandarin I think you should consider carefully whether you actually want to come to either of these countries.
I've studied, lived and worked in Singapore and it's a nice place to come to. Good (though competitive) education, safe country but a tad too expensive. Getting executive/professional jobs shouldn't be a problem but if you're looking for frontline/lower-end jobs you should pick up Mandarin first.

Well, life is more expensive in Singapore, but i am not sure about the education though. But personally i would choose Singapore.
