I've had it with the powdered brush on kind - I've switched to using a tinted moisturiser and don't use pressed or loose powder anymore so powdered blush doesn't really work for me. Are there any other kinds of blush I could try? I like something easy to use, and more natural looking.

Maybelline makes a Dream Mousse Blush. It's creamy, and seems to last all day on my oily skin. I have two colors -- Peach Satin and Soft Plum. I really like Peach Satin, it's very subtle. There are several other drugstore cream blushes you can buy. They are: Revlon Cream Blush, L'Oreal Touch-On Color, and Almay Touch-Pad Blush.

If you want to pay a little more for a blush, Macy's counters have quite a few. There's Clinique Touch Blush, Estee Lauder Minute Blush, Lancome Blush Focus, MAC See Thru Cheek Colour (yes, they spell it that way), and Benefit Benetint.

Flirt and American Beauty are cosmetic brands by Estee Lauder sold only at Kohl's department stores. Flirt has a I'm Whipped Cheek Mousse and a Big Deal Lip & Cheek Tint. The latter is somewhat shimmery. American Beauty has a Luminous Liquid All Over Face Glow.

Kohl's website is http://www.kohls.com/. If you look up a make-up product in their beauty section, in the description you'll see a Warm/Cool Shade Guide. This guide has good advice on what make-up colors to wear depending on your skintone. For instance, if you have a cool (pink) skintone you should use blue-based pinks and reds. If you have a warm (yellow) skintone, you should use peaches and orange-y reds.

The thing about cream blushes is they usually don't last very long if you're not wearing make-up underneath. But they tend to be sheer and look natural. If you decide to try one, make sure you blend the edges of the applied blush very well. That way the blush will look natural.

You can look up any blush on http://www.makeupalley.com/. This site has many cosmetic and beauty reviews.

Actually u can just use any lipstick that u have right now, just tone down the colour a little, u can just gently apply on ur cheeks for a natural blushed look. use a brush on the applied area to brush the cheeks for a more natural look.

I use mineral tint as well. Try using a bronzer instead. I worked in a clothing boutique which also carried cosmetics. The owner/make-up artist always used a bronzer. She carries her own line 2 Shine Cosmetics. She does not have a website.
Try going to www.cosmeticcosmos.com
The products are similar. If you are ever in RI stop by.

Tarte Cheek Stain gel blush is awesome, I wear Blushing Bride. You just dab it on with your fingers. It looks very natural, the stick is a little pricey but will last forever!

I use Clinique Touch Blush and I love it. It's almost $20.00, but I think that it's worth it. Plus, a little bit really goes a long way.

i am currently using blusher from Anna Sui. It's very natural and lasting. I also heard from my friends that Chanel blusher is the best of all. I haven't tried yet. if you do, please share your results..
