Technically an amoeba. It is an asexual splitting. You started out with one amoeba, you end up with two identical ones. Short of earth being annihilated, an amoeba is as close to immortal in a living thing as you get.
You look at an amoeba under a microscope, you are looking at something untold millions of years old.
