It all depends on what you describe a hand job is,is it your hand? is it doing a job?,you should get paid,is it a hand job with no insurance? your getting screwed,but if it's a hand and it's yours on an organ,you could call it a musical,if it's a good musical someone will moan with pleasure,and you have given a very good hand job,which should pay well and you won't need insurance.
Is it considered sex? I don't know,I guess it all depends on who you ask,if you ask the person your doing the hand job for,and they can only moan back with pleasure I would say "yes" because sex is a natural and very moan causing musical.

Well I guess it is to a degree for the one receiving, but not much sex for the other, unless you return the favour.
Personally, my wife often gives me a hand job, but she's uncomfortable using the mouth now[ although she wasn't 10 years ago ... so she hasn't really given proper reason for that yet], but I would rather spread her legs for her and give her the very best and nicest and most sexual mouth job.
I just take my time and focus on enjoying what I see in her that is beautiful and sexual and that keeps me right up to the Best job for her.
After she has given herself to me in this way, i can do anything with her.

No.. Sex is a physical activity between two persons in which they touch each other's sexual organs no matter if it included Sexual Intercourse or not.
So a hand job is NOT considered as Sex if it is not mutual between two persons.
Even Oral Sex is not considered sex. All know this, thanks to.....!

Anything that involves touching and arousing the genitals would be consdiered sex. Only Bill Clinton would dissent.

i wouldnt call any of those sex. so yes you are still a virgin in my opinion. her giving you ***** would be oral, and the other foreplay i guess. so it is perfectly ok to do all of this and save the sex for someone you love, actually its a good idea and most women would really love to have that.

Anything to do with fondling a person's genitals in order to give pleasure is sex.The type of sex varies>>oral, vaginal, fisting etc.But it basically is sex if u have touched someones genitals.
