What do you mean by Huge!!!!???? The average testicle in an adult is around 21/2 inches more or less. I would see a physcian and have him or her tell me if there was a problem, before I would accept the fact that there was something wrong! It might be that you have mistaken a hydrocoele or varicocoele for a testicle.
