If you're not sure of an outboard's fuel ratio, alway's use 50:1 (3 oz. of oil added to every gallon of gas).

Your best bet is contact the company that makes it and they'll tell you. Back when I was starting to boat, one quart of two cycle oil to six gallon of gas.
