No, I'd sit there, with poopy in my hand, blink once or twice, and then say "Ok, catch ya on the flipside, dude!"
Then I'd wash my hands.

you would probably have a 99.9 percent chance of dying if you did that; but the other person who is to be saved has some unknown probability of living. So logically this reverts to suicide. And that is self murder. And murder is wrong.
Though it is true that a few have tried to eat their own defication to commit suicide and have failed and lived, (as for instance in North Korean prison camps) but I think that is the uncommon exception.

What good would eating your own poop do to others? Would it cure another persons cancer? Would it give them a brand new heart, liver or kidney? I wouldn't eat my own poop to save my own life because it won't save my life.
Dying for king and country is one thing, eating ones poop for king and country is just so humiliating.

It depends on who I had to save. For my daughter, I'd do anything I had to do. Everyone else is just SOL!
