Hi my name is Beau Williams I understand that you are in investments. I started a small business 3 months ago. I named it Extreme Pest Control. I put everything I had into it to get it off the ground. What I do is telemarket home owners. My script goes like this:
Hi my name is beau with EPC I am calling to let you know that we will be spraying some of your neighbors houses on __________ Street this week. What we do is spray a six foot protective barrier all the way around the foundation of your home. It keeps out spiders, ants, crickets, beetles anything that crawls. We also put down a flea and tick treatment in your lawn that kills over 50 different bugs that live in your grass as well as spray around all of your windows, doors and sopheting to keep away bees, wasps, hornets and mud dobbers. We come out every two months and its guaranteed so if you ever have a problem just call us up and we'll come back out for free. There is no contract and it's only sixty eight for the first treatment and forty eight per treatment after that. So will you give us a shot?
Please understand this is just a basic sample of my script. I spray the houses in the daytime and telemarket at night from 5:00 to 9:00 that's when most people are home. My wife helps me when she is off of work from wal-mart. We are getting sales every day. Sales is a numbers game if you dial the numbers you will get sales. I know that $68.00 doesn't sound like much but if I get 50 sales in a week that's $3,400.00 that week and I spray them every 2 months. So every 2 months I get all of the new customers plus the ones that are due to be resprayed. It will grow bigger and bigger because business will double every 2 months. The only problem I have is I need capital to start a telemarketing room. I want to employe 10-20 telemarketers to telemarket the whole state of Indiana. If you don't think there is money in Pest Control then look at
Terminix or Orkin both very successfully companies. I Know that if I had someone like you self that would invest $5,000 I could turn it into streams of residual. I am not sure how things work with investors so I hope you take me serious. If nothing else I could could you help point me in the right direction? I know this business will I just need money to get things moving. I did try the better business bureau but they wont even look at me because I filed bankruptcy in 2004. Once again my name is Beau Williams. My Phone Number Is
my email address is beau.williams@yahoo.com I hope that you are interested in this opportunity because I guarantee it will make money I will put my home trucks and car on it.
Thank You
Beau Williams

I think i could. Basically.. i would get a reasonable size little house for my family. Pay a house note like everyone else. Continue working. Give a little to some diffrent members of my family who really need some financial help at the moment. Fix the 3,000 dollars worth of problems wrong with my car i was not informed about upon recieving it. Pay for my college education, and my husbands. Put the rest of it into savings accounts and draw a little income on it and work on college funds and things of that nature for my children and use some of the money as a "just in case of emergancy" fund. Whatever was left when i dyed would be split evenly between my children whom i pray would be responsible with the money as well. I always said if i ever won the lottery of got rich some how i wouldnt buy a huge unessisary house with fancy cars and buy all those unnessisary things.. I would still want to live like a normal person. I was raised in a poor family, and i am still a low income family. We work our asses off for every penny we get. Hopefully oneday we wont have to kill ourselves everday to make ends meat however i will alaways be responsible and even if i won the lottery i would continue to work just so i can say i do somthing with my life, and to feel accomplished.

I would take the money only the condition that I could pay it back at some point in the future - I'm not keen on taking other people's money.
However, having the use of it for a time would be extremely helpful. My experience and skills have opened up opportunities for me that are truly things I'd like to persue, like starting my own newspaper. The funding necessary would no where equal the amount of money your tycoon is offering, but I'd sure appreciate a good faith loan.

No, I am don't think I can convince a tycoon that I can spend this money wisely. I am in debt already because of foolish spending in the past.
But, if I hired experts, I am sure I could work something out where the money would be properly spent.

Having went from well paid high tech to sleeping in a card board box. Also having partners in life survive major cronic illness, along with years of personal illness. Loss of a child.
The one thing that this journey has taught me, this world is all about people while we are here.
Grew up with little respect for money, had plenty.. never understood how self centered I was and did some good with a small percentage, but allowed the rest to almost lead me to a early end.
Met many veterans in the hospital over the past five plus years.
Today spend most of my time doing for others.
How would I spend any sizable amount of money wisely?
Take the skills I learned working with the other Vets, about we can help each other get back on our own feet, by:
*) Work with others on finding solutions to resolve issues that prevent them from being a productive part of soceity.
*) Create resumes and give interview trainging to those in need of work.
*) Assist in finding correlation of community projects and those who can physically assist in these projects, where individuals build self esteem and gain team involvement, unlike the normal workplace competition.
*) Create a basic CRM (Cost Recovery Method) Program of the organization which allows for un-skilled or those in need of retraining a place to start with some form of income, while the other parts of the org assist in finding and getting the skillset inline for work which gives the individual a higher standard of living.
*) Work with medical and social programs to make the things that exist available and known to many who could make use of them.
Though these are just some primary components of how I would wisely use money, this is basically a core. There are Government, Private and Non-profit organizations that in part provide one or some of the scope in which I refer, but overall the cost of non productive percentages of society in turn effect the standard of living for each particular environment. Almost every form of social structure has room for an organization such as described which structured correctly re-coops the funds invested if not make profit.

Sure.
I would open a glassblowing studio near my home. I love blowing glass; it's meditation for me.
The local college teaches 16 students each summer, but cannot allow them to practice after wards at the college.
So these 16 students each year would minimally provide me with about 10 eager people to want to learn more by practicing at my studio.
There is no other place within 50 miles where they can practice.
I could also make more pieces!
I'm at retirement age, ready to do this, and regular people and professionals agree that my work is great!
How's that?

Anyone can come up with a story saying they will spend it wisely,
The question is would they really do it? I would show a good solid bbusiness and personal plan and let the donor put the money there rather than give it to me. That would be the honest way to do it.

I would buy solar panels with back up battery cells put all around my house to generate enough electricity to get away from the money hungry electric company.
