I have been watching beauty pageants for over forty years and can't remember a single woman as totally beautiful as Aishwarya Rai.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Each person will think differently about how someone looks.
However, I have to agree with you. I think Aishwarya Rai is stunning. She may not be considered a classical beauty by some, but I don't care. She is also a beautiful person on the inside. I saw her on a talk show, and she was intelligent, honest, and sweet. She's truly a gem.

There is no doubt about it. She has a special something that defies all reasoning. I can sit and look at her picture for hours on end. It is a beauty that seems more at being blessed by God. If anyone says she is not one of the most beautiful women in the world, they are either too young to know, or they wouldn't know beauty if it slapped them in the face.
I agree with the answers from others about the other women; but the others seem to be losing their aura, but not Aishwarya Rai.

Absolutely stunning. I'm a big fan of hers. I don't watch that much bollywood, but what I've seen of her is extraordinary. She's the most beautiful woman I can remember since I saw Emanuel Beart in Manon of the Spring some 20 years ago.

in 1994 wen miss india ws held aishwarya came second weras SUSHMITA SEN came first i suggest u run a image search on her

The most completely beautiful woman - all over - of all time would have to be "Eve", of Adam and Eve fame.
I mean she was made to perfection when first placed here.
I'm sure God gave us the Best and most perfect start right from the Beginning!!
We are also told that Abraham's wife, Sarah, was the Most beautiful of all to behold.
Cleopatra sure had a name and a fame as well.
And there was Jezebell in Ancient America, whom we are told led many men's hearts away ... though she did not have a good reputation.
Today we have total Beauties - the mark of Serena Williams, who in less clad shots at about 22 years of age, for instance, had to be perhaps the most beautiful overall of our age! And what a wonderful personality she has to go with it!!
Then there are Internet Beauties:
The girl with the Largest Bust in the World ... not only truly large and fantastic, but Genuinely Beautiful, to go with it!
Even her overall figure is extremely nice, and she seems the very intelligent type ... and seems to possess a lovely personality as well: Miss "Chelsea Charms".
Then there is the beautifully packed and curvaceous, lovely, relaxed and very sexy "Crystal Gunns".
What a lovely beauty she is!!

I have seen personal beauties that are far superior than virtually any of these pageant winners.
