should any plant be illegal...how can we outlaw part of the biosphere.. how can man justify criminalizing something God created...should be importantly noted ...usually the crowd wanting marijuana to remain illegal are religious right or those who would say its the will of god...are the Christians saying uh God the cannabis was a mistake so we will fix your error...how arrogant...the things people do in the name of god ..steal land from native americans to save their soul...execute 1000's as heretics in Spanish Equisitions..ad nauseum

Give it up man. This legal/illegal sh*t is such a tired issue. If you want to smoke it, then smoke it. It is around, you probably don't have any problem getting ahold of it anyway.
If it was legal, it would be taxed up the yang and the quality would probably suck.

Yes! we should! If Liquor is legal witch is more harmful, then why won't they legalize marijuana. Marijuana has never been proven to cause anyone death, however alcohol kills people by the millions in one way or another.

I think it should be legal in some form. I know that it works wonders for ppl that have cancer or glacoma.
