It worked fine for me, but I am using the Yahoo! optimised version of IE7.

When you are at yahoo.com, click "Try the ALL-NEW Yahoo! home page" in the very top right of the page.

The new Yahoo front page currently supports only grade A brosers. IE 7 is still in beta. You will have to wait till a while more before it's supported. You can try getting Firefox or old IE instead.

The new IE 7 is still in Beta phase of testing. So, not all webpages are fully supported. As it is still in the testing phase. So, check it out with some other browser.
