I am buying my husband a figaro gold chain. Some sellers call theres Italian figaro and some don't. I am trying to figure out what the difference is, or if there is any difference at all. All answers are greatly appreciated!

My situation is a strange one. The 14 kt gold ring turns my ring finger green on the properly suited hand yet mot my left! i attempted wearing my wedding ceremony bands on the properly suited hand area and that they did an identical. Any factors for this oddity?
