heres a good one for communication skills and team work.
if your sitting at tables have everyone face each other on the opposite side of table and tell them their going to arm wrestle and the people who win the most matches will get a prize. you'll be amazed at how seriously people will take this and they will actually arm wrestle . how ever when their all done pick a partner and arm wrestle your self but all your going to do is get up there simply take turns winning with your partner because remember the original objective was just to win as many times as possable and there could be more than one winner.
