I have smooth skin but as soon as you get to my back, i Have pimples. a lot of them. im extremely embarassed to wear anything revealing or pretty because of this. if someone could please help me.

neutrogena also makes a product called Body Clear..u shower with it. after applying..turn off shower and let gel sit on skin 5-10 minutes then rinse with cool-ish water. (warm-hot will open pores and let oil out again)

see a dermatologist. get a back facial. that should clear it up, the derm should give you something for it. Try using Neutragena's body scrub, the orange one. use zit cream on it if you don't go to the derm.

and when you come out of the shower use a strong acne cream

before using neutragena,(which is really good) try placing a wet hot towel over area.This allows your pores to open up.Then clean, do this on your face too.
